Refund Policy

At Epic Developers, we are committed to providing high-quality eCount products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible services as per the terms stated at the time of purchase.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The service must be unused, and any digital services must not have been activated or utilized. In case of a technical issue that remains unresolved by the company, a refund may be considered.
  • If a refund is initiated for any service, Epic Developers reserves the right to terminate or deactivate the account as the client no longer wishes to use the service.
  • If you upgrade your subscription, refunds will be considered based on the original date of purchase, not the upgrade date. Refund requests will only be entertained if submitted within 15 days from the date of the original purchase.
  • All refund requests must be made through Epic Developers' official support team. Requests made through other communication channels will not be considered.
  • Users must provide the necessary banking details, including bank name, account number, account holder name, and IFSC code, to facilitate the refund process.
  • Users acknowledge that refund transactions may be subject to fees charged by the payment service provider, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain products or services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Custom or personalized services, including software customizations, are non-refundable.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, and subscription-based services are non-refundable once accessed or activated.

Return & Replacement Process

  • If applicable, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital services and subscriptions can only be canceled before activation or within the trial period (if applicable).
  • One-time purchases or downloadable products cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
  • A cancellation request must be submitted via email before the service period starts.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
